Job Title: Barista/Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barista/Cashier to join our team at Rosedale's Finest Specialty Foods. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a point-of-sale system, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers, including specialty drinks and coffee.
  • Operate a point-of-sale system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the beverage station and surrounding areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Barista/Cashier or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
