Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dspot Desserts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our dessert shop.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Training and Development
Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Staff ManagementRecruit, hire, and manage food service staff to ensure the right people are in the right roles, and that our team is motivated and engaged.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
Inventory ManagementManage inventory levels, including stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
Reporting and AnalysisPrepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities- Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced dessert shop environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Physical DemandsStand for extended periods, with frequent movement between the front and back of house areas.
Attention to DetailPay close attention to detail to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
