Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Nerval Corporation. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our retail store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Organize and maintain inventory levels
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales associates
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
