Job Description

The role of Project Manager - Capital Markets and Payments is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects related to capital markets and payment systems. This individual will work closely with project teams to create, update, and refine user stories, and will lead and manage complex project plans, issue management, risk identification, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working with project teams to create, update, and refine user stories
  • Leading and managing complex project plans, issue management, risk identification, and change management
  • Gathering and clarifying business requirements with business stakeholders
  • Using monitoring tools to manage applications and respond to business/technical alerts
  • Managing business requirements throughout the life of the project
  • Escalating trade reporting issues to senior management and compliance as needed
  • Effectively communicating and building rapport with team members, stakeholders, and business partners
  • Supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Strong payment experience in fintech or a payments-related industry
  • Experience in finance, treasury, debt, or capital markets a plus
  • Previous BA lead experience preferred
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a diverse stakeholder audience
  • Ability to influence leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners
  • Excellent at identifying and prioritizing high-impact initiatives
