About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Aspireus Business Services Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Management
    • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Operations
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication
    • Establish and maintain effective communication with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset.
