Job Summary

As a Customer Service Ambassador at Metro Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the company's overall success. This part-time position requires a customer-focused individual who can provide top-notch service, work effectively in a team environment, and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the front-end team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support colleagues as needed.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, working a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and being available to work holidays as required.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, providing clear and concise information and feedback.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
