Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pet Ambassador to represent our significant pet brand in the market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and elevating sales through various in-store and event activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tidy and face client's products on shelves, ensuring a visually appealing display.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge to increase recommendations and sales.
  • Delight customers by sharing pet health and nutrition information and making personalized product recommendations.
  • Set up demos/displays as required and maintain client-provided material to engage associates and pet parents.
Requirements
  • Be a pet enthusiast who cares about pets, pet health, and pet nutrition.
  • Access to reliable transportation to get to and from multiple stores in your area.
  • Experience working with pets (preferred, not required).
  • RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc in the pet field (preferred, not required).
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
