The Student Engagement Administrative Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Student Engagement team by providing comprehensive administrative assistance. The specialist will also handle logistical arrangements for events and coordinate staff onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for general inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Address issues within the scope of responsibilities and escalate matters as necessary.
- Implement established protocols to manage access to designated university facilities.
- Maintain and document standard operating procedures for administrative processes.
