The Student Engagement Administrative Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Student Engagement team by providing comprehensive administrative assistance. This includes a variety of office support tasks such as scheduling, managing inquiries, maintaining records, and data entry. The specialist will also handle logistical arrangements for events and coordinate staff onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for general inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Address issues within the scope of responsibilities and escalate matters as necessary.
  • Implement established protocols to manage access to designated university facilities.
  • Maintain and document standard operating procedures for administrative processes.
  • Guide students in understanding the rules and regulations related to campus space usage and event organization.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
