About the Culinary Operations Supervisor Role:

  • Full-time, salaried position focused on culinary management, assisting in kitchen operations and reporting to the Chef de Cuisine
  • Ensures exceptional execution of daily kitchen and culinary programs
  • Trains, mentors, and develops the culinary team alongside the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie(s)
  • Oversees scheduling, recruitment, and training of culinary staff
  • Exhibits strong leadership through effective communication and management during service
  • Maintains kitchen cleanliness and addresses repair and maintenance issues promptly
  • Manages menu preparation, inventory levels, and ordering to prevent shortages
  • Facilitates ongoing training and education for both culinary and hospitality staff

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary ranging from $48,000 to $52,000
  • Bonus incentive for Sous Chefs ($5000 annually, distributed quarterly)
