Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ruex Cafe and Bar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the performance of your team and provide feedback and coaching to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and that our staff are trained to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and increase customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience.
- Supervision: 11-15 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, physically demanding, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player, ability to multitask.
