Restaurant Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at NEWTON SWEETSHOP & RESTAURANT LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations.
  • Work closely with the restaurant team to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Manage restaurant inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant sales and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
