Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at IVOR ENTERPRISE INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Lead and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.

Inventory Management

Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Staff Management

Recruit, hire, and manage food service staff, ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional customer service.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring we provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Reporting and Administration

Prepare food order summaries for our chef, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales and inventory data.

Work Schedules

Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring we have the right staff in place to meet customer demand.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.

Work Language

English.

Hours

35 hours per week.
