We are currently seeking dedicated SAP Business One Implementation Consultants to lead the deployment of advanced business management software solutions. Given the nature of our clientele and the remote work environment, we welcome applicants from various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering implementation consulting, project management, and support services during SAP Business One installations, upgrades, and customizations.
  • Identifying and addressing discrepancies between SAP Business One solutions and client business practices.
  • Effectively communicating and building consensus with clients and executive leadership.
  • Assisting in the preparation of project scopes by providing detailed task and time estimates.
  • Customizing forms and generating reports using Crystal Reports.
  • Proficiently utilizing Microsoft SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures.
  • Designing and executing master data migration from legacy systems into SAP Business One.
  • Maintaining expert knowledge of SAP Business One.
  • Managing client expectations to deliver effective solutions and ensure exceptional satisfaction.
  • Achieving individual billable utilization targets.


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business (Accounting), or Information Systems from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience with ERP solutions, particularly with SAP Business One SQL and HANA. Experience with other products such as Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Epicor, or Netsuite is also advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing SQL / SSRS, Crystal Reporting, and/or Boyum B1UP functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly with executive leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; team-oriented, quick learner, and personable.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve success in a consulting environment.
