As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled ERP Support Specialist to enhance our vibrant team. In this role, you will collaborate with some of the most talented professionals in the ERP consulting field. Given the remote nature of our operations, we are open to various locations for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include:Delivering primary application support to clients through various communication channels.Accurately diagnosing and resolving product-related inquiries.Collaborating with Implementation Consultants and SAP to devise effective solutions for client challenges.Maintaining a detailed support call log using customer support software.Participating in consultancy and training initiatives on client projects as needed.
To excel in this position, you should have:A background in Accounting and/or Information Systems from a recognized institution is advantageous.At least 2 years of experience in ERP/accounting systems, preferably with SAP Business One, or 2+ years in a software support capacity.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills: team-oriented, quick learner, and approachable.A self-driven attitude with a commitment to success in a consulting environment.
