About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Brand Manager to join our Marketing Department at BioSyent Pharma Inc. in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time role will involve leading and supporting brand strategy development and execution in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand plans, budgets, and promotional activities for assigned brands.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to manage marketing strategies and support sales team initiatives.
  • Oversee the production and launch of marketing materials, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Manage content on social media channels, including paid search, SEO, and blog updates.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize brand performance.
  • Prepare salesforce briefings and work closely with sales teams to support brand strategies.
  • Track budgets and marketing program implementation, analyze sales results, and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with healthcare products targeting consumers or patients.
  • 1-2 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing initiatives, including social media and SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic business sense with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong organizational abilities.
