- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, promote products, and drive sales growth through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other issues that may arise, ensuring minimal impact on customer satisfaction and business operations.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Effectively manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Workers: Lead and motivate sales staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality store operations.
