About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness Program Consultant to join our team at Anytime Fitness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our fitness programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Design and implement fitness programs that cater to diverse client needs and preferences
    • Collaborate with program leaders and instructors to ensure program delivery meets our high standards
  • Research and Analysis
    • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in fitness programming
    • Analyze program data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, program leaders, and instructors
    • Communicate program information and updates to stakeholders through various channels
  • Administrative and Operational Support
    • Provide administrative support to program leaders and instructors, as needed
    • Assist with program coordination and logistics
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field
    • At least 1 year of experience in fitness program development and implementation, or equivalent experience
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Physical stamina to perform job duties, as required
Work Environment and Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Language and Work Term

The primary language of work is English, and the work term is permanent.
