Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performance team to achieve sales and revenue goals
  • Develop and implement training plans tailored to members' personal goals and health concerns
  • Monitor sales performance and relay information to team members
  • Deliver Personal Training and/or Group sessions to achieve revenue goals
  • Oversee the effectiveness of Movati Game Plan Sessions and ensure new members are booked in a timely manner
  • Participate in weekly Training & Development meetings and leadership calls to stay up-to-date on best practices

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience in personal training sales, meeting targets, and people management
  • 5+ years of Personal training experience
  • University degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or Physical Education (an asset)
