At The Home Depot Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Operations Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, interview, and train new associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all back-end operations, including receiving, RTV, and freight, are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Safety and Compliance: Lead by example and ensure that all associates are following safety protocols and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to associates to help them improve their performance.
  • Communication: Communicate store and company objectives to associates and ensure that they understand their roles and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience in a retail or similar environment.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, good communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
