Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist passengers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Flight Operations: Coordinate with flight crew, ground handling team, and airport vendors to ensure seamless flight operations.
- Communication: Make announcements at the gate or over the public address system regarding flight activity.
- Qualifications: Possess strong communication and computer skills, be at least 18 years old, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Be able to lift up to 70 pounds, stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods.
