As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for delivering clinical studies according to agreed resources, budget, and timelines. You will work closely with our clients to ensure compliance with client procedural documents, international guidelines, and local regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading and optimizing the performance of the Local Study Team(s) at country level
* Ensuring timely preparation of country financial Study Management Agreement (fSMA) and maintaining accurate study budget in client clinical studies financial system
* Ensuring timely submission of application/documents to EC/IRB at start-up and for the duration of the study
* Collaborating with study functions to ensure smooth delivery

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience running local clinical trials. You should have a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver clinical trials according to or ahead of time plan, budget, and with required quality.
