Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banking Associate to join our team. As a Personal Banking Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on creating a positive and personalized experience for our customers, ensuring that their banking needs are met and exceeded.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on a range of banking products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of banking services and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking products, services, and industry trends to provide informed advice and guidance to customers.
  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by identifying opportunities to grow and develop the customer base.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, marketing).
