Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Banking Associate to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our range of personal banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives
  • Offer expert advice on our personal banking products and services, including chequing and savings accounts, credit cards, and personal loans
  • Assist customers with transactions, including cash and non-cash transactions
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business, finance) an asset
