- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
- Order and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Prepare financial plans and cost projections for the department.
- Compile food order summaries for the head chef.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the restaurant's culinary offerings.
- Organize and establish work schedules for the team.
All candidates must be bondable to ensure the safety and security of our operations.
Work Environment- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Ability to perform under pressure is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
