Additionally, possessing robust interpersonal, time management, and presentation abilities is crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Applying scientific, mathematical, and engineering principles to address challenges and enhance processes.
  • Creating, proposing, executing, reviewing, and refining plans to meet organizational objectives.
  • Monitoring production workflows, conducting investigations, and identifying opportunities to boost efficiency and quality.
  • Utilizing software tools to gather and analyze data.
  • Developing safety protocols and waste management strategies.
  • Visiting project sites to assess requirements and design, implement, troubleshoot, test, and optimize processes, equipment, and facilities.
  • Supporting the establishment of budgets and timelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Relevant experience or advanced education may be highly regarded.
  • Specific industry knowledge may be necessary.
  • Some roles may require or prefer additional certifications or licenses.
  • Strong grasp of chemistry, mathematics, biology, and engineering principles.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with individuals from non-technical backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, verbal and written communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
