About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Process Engineer to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and facilitate process improvement projects, including data analysis, root cause analysis, and implementation of solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process procedures, training materials, and equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or process improvement role.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in SAP manufacturing/warehousing (BOMs, POs, material master data, etc.).
