As a critical support component, you will work closely with our Brokers to deliver exceptional client service and consistent results on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in checking insurance documents for existing and prospective clients
* Review and organize client information for insurance submissions
* Track insurer responses and quotations received
* Prepare and maintain various documents, including spreadsheets, reports, and proposals
* Collaborate with the Broking team during meetings
* Perform other administrative support functions as required

Requirements:

* General insurance knowledge is considered an asset
* Level 1 insurance license is preferred
* Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office are required
* Excellent organization, communication, and adaptability skills are essential
