We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Broker to join our team at Akan Insurance. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice to clients on various insurance products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Administration: Establish and maintain accurate records of client insurance coverage, ensuring that all necessary forms and documentation are completed.
- Claims Management: Monitor and respond to client inquiries regarding insurance claims, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain in-depth knowledge of various insurance products, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
- Client Communication: Provide clear and concise information to clients regarding insurance packages, risk coverage, benefits, and policy features.
- Sales and Marketing: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, selling insurance products to clients and promoting Akan Insurance's services.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Licenses and Certifications: Provincial or territorial license.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
