Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the GDT team, ensuring alignment with our company's overall business objectives.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Develop and maintain advanced data analytics capabilities to drive business decisions and optimize operations.
- Process Improvement: Lead the improvement of end-to-end data delivery processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and implementing process improvements.
- Team Leadership: Manage a small offshore team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of data and metrics.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Change Management: Champion and implement changes to our data strategy, processes, and technologies, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in strategy, operating models, process engineering, enterprise organizational change management, training, analytics transformations, and data management.

- Skills: Proficient in modern data and cloud technologies, MS PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, Co-Pilot, and Microsoft SharePoint and Viva Engage.
- Communication: Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business-focused language.
- Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve business objectives.
