Hotel Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Supervisor to join our team at Travelodge Lethbridge. As a Hotel Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure that all guest rooms are clean and well-maintained, and that all guest requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the hotel's inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving new stock as needed.
- Assist with the training and development of new staff members.
- Monitor and maintain the hotel's safety and security protocols, including emergency procedures and fire safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and to stand for long periods of time.
The Hotel Supervisor will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with frequent interactions with guests and staff. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and to prioritize tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
