Hotel Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Supervisor to join our team at Travelodge Lethbridge. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate and review work assignments, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train new staff members, providing guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring the hotel is well-stocked and equipped to meet guest needs.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and vendors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
