Job Title: Accommodation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation Supervisor to join our team at Sunrise Motel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our accommodation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform Same Duties as Workers Supervised: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the tasks and responsibilities of the workers you supervise.
  • Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to staff to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests with special requirements.
  • Co-ordinate, Assign, and Review Work: Effectively manage staff workload, assign tasks, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain Operation of Computer Systems and Equipment: Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to maintain business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Procure necessary materials and supplies to support operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, interpersonal awareness, organized, team player.
