Accommodation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation Supervisor to join our team at Sunrise Motel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our accommodation services.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform Same Duties as Workers Supervised: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the tasks and responsibilities of the workers you supervise.
- Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to staff to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests with special requirements.
- Coordinate, Assign, and Review Work: Effectively manage staff workload, assign tasks, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain Operation of Computer Systems and Equipment: Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to maintain business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition Materials and Supplies: Procure necessary materials and supplies to support operational needs.
- 5-10 People Supervised: Lead a team of 5-10 staff members.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Work Under Pressure: Manage stress and work effectively under pressure.
