Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while minimizing loss and maintaining a high level of store appearance.
  • Assist in the preparation of store schedules, ensuring proper store coverage and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, transferring, and completing price changes, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, following company guidelines and procedures.
  • Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of relative experience.
  • Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to operate a computer and maneuver relative software programs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder.
  • Standing required for up to 100% of work time.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
