Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building relationships with our customers, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Support the sales team in achieving business objectives
- Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
- Process customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise
- 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience
- Previous warehouse experience
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge
- Experience using AS400 (an asset)
