Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Strategy and Live Performance Director to join our team for the For Honor game. As a key member of our core team, you will be responsible for maximizing the game's financial performance while preserving its identity and enhancing its experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a monetization strategy to achieve or exceed expected targets;
  • Define key performance indicators and analyze data to inform business decisions;
  • Collaborate with the creative team to establish monetization and player retention strategies;
  • Work with the brand team to develop an acquisition strategy that aligns with the game's DNA and positioning;
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive optimal results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent;
  • At least 7 years of experience in monetization, administration, financial planning, or digital operations, with 2 years of leadership experience;
  • In-depth knowledge of the video game industry;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
  • A collaborative, creative, and innovative spirit;
  • Experience in data analysis and interpretation.
