Business Strategy and Live Performance Director

Ubisoft Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled Business Strategy and Live Performance Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maximizing our financial performance while preserving the project's identity and enhancing its experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a monetization strategy that aligns with market trends and integrates into the game.
  • Define key performance indicators and monitor the game's daily and long-term live performance.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify levers that could impact the game's financial performance and work together to maximize profitability.
  • Partner with the creative team to establish monetization and player retention strategies and designs.
  • Work with the brand team to define and develop an acquisition strategy that fits with the game's DNA and positioning.
Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Around 7 years of experience in monetization, administration, financial planning, or digital operations, with 2 years of leadership experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the video game industry.
  • Solid communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative, creative, and innovative spirit.
  • Experience in data analysis and the ability to define appropriate performance indicators and translate analytical findings into concrete recommendations.
