Ubisoft Entertainment is seeking a seasoned Business Strategy and Live Performance Director to join our team. As a key member of our For Honor project, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, preserving the project's identity, and enhancing the player experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a monetization strategy that aligns with market trends and game design principles.
  • Define key performance indicators and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to establish monetization and player retention strategies.
  • Work with the brand team to develop an acquisition strategy that fits with the game's DNA and positioning.
  • Lead a team of monetization directors and data analysts to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in monetization, administration, financial planning, or digital operations, with 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the video game industry and its monetization strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative, creative, and innovative spirit.
  • Experience in data analysis and interpretation.
