Quality Assurance Specialist

Aviva Canada is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of production quality within our organization.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations of brokers, managing general agents (MGAs), and internal management units. Your insights will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous enhancement of production quality control processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end assessments of brokers, MGAs, and internal management units, providing detailed reports on production quality and efficiency to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop tailored action plans in collaboration with brokers and Aviva leaders to address identified areas for improvement, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring of these plans.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams and internal stakeholders, fostering a spirit of partnership and communication throughout the organization.
- Maintain ongoing compliance with provincial laws and insurance regulations governing branch production practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of production processes within the insurance industry. A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Senior Production Editor, particularly in Quebec, is highly desirable. Fluency in both French and English is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Aviva systems, including Broker Portal, PolicyCenter (Guidewire), and ClaimCenter, is advantageous. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are crucial for success in this role.
