We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Desjardins. As a key member of our IT operations and development team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our business solutions, computer networks, management systems, programs, and database servers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a quality assurance strategy for targeted teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support testing phases, implementation strategies, quality assurance testing, decision-making, and process monitoring.
  • Analyze risks and provide recommendations for mitigation, ensuring compliance with rules and parameters.
  • Prepare and recommend action plans to address issues, leveraging expertise in quality assurance and IT operations.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and update of management policies, practices, and standards, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
