Position Overview
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in collaborating with various departments to uphold rigorous quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Maintaining comprehensive quality records and documentation.
  • Conducting thorough Quality Assurance evaluations.
  • Updating and managing the organization's quality assurance framework.
  • Overseeing sanitation, hygiene, and internal auditing processes to ensure adherence to quality protocols.
  • Reviewing and validating monitoring activities conducted by quality personnel.
  • Supporting operational and quality initiatives to ensure consistent audit readiness.
  • Regularly auditing quality practices to assess performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assisting in the development and management of the quality training program.
  • Delivering training sessions to staff and contractors as necessary.
  • Leading audits conducted by external certifying bodies and regulatory agencies.
  • Investigating customer feedback and quality-related incidents.
  • Facilitating the documentation and tracking of quality incidents to ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Cross-training with quality team members to provide support as needed.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A relevant college diploma or university degree.
  • Approximately three years of experience in quality assurance.
  • Certifications in internal auditing and quality management principles.
  • Experience leading quality audits is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with web-based tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive and inquisitive mindset.
