About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wealth Advisor to join our team at Manulife. As a Wealth Advisor, you will be responsible for providing financial and investment advice to clients, helping them achieve their wealth and retirement goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to identify financial goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans, including investment strategies and retirement planning.
  • Provide ongoing advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they remain on track to meet their financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • University degree and/or minimum of 1 to 2 years industry experience.
  • MFDA or IIROC license (IIROC preferred with completed Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH)).
  • Life License required (LLQP).
  • IQPF designation, or required to obtain within the first 2 years of employment.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Natural propensity towards teamwork and collaboration; proven coachability.
