Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Plan and organize operational logistics, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and train workers in duties and policies.
- Arrange training for staff and co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure optimal productivity.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and organize and maintain inventory levels.
- Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as required.
- 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances.
- Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Reliability, judgement, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
