Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role
- Setting: Warehouse and repair and maintenance services
- Manage and direct the operational logistics of the organization
- Develop and implement logistics plans
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare and present operational reports
- Oversee the functionality of computer systems and machinery
- Train and mentor staff on their roles and company policies
- Organize and facilitate training sessions for employees
- Assign tasks and review the work of team members
- Order necessary materials and supplies
- Maintain and organize inventory levels
- Supervise and schedule the activities of a team of 5-10 individuals
- Fast-paced working environment
