Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc. as a Warehouse Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics: Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.
  • Planning and Organization: Plan and organize operational logistics, coordinating activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, arranging training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Workforce Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, supervising and coordinating the activities of workers to meet business needs.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Repair and maintenance services, warehouse environment.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, up to 9 kg (20 lbs) weight handling.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player.
