Key Responsibilities- Operational Logistics: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
- Team Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations, including metrics on inventory levels, shipping and receiving, and other key performance indicators.
- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a warehouse environment.
