Salary: $111,000 - $118,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing business development and process technology for new client projects in North America.
  2. Serving as the primary contact for all technological inquiries.
  3. Conducting evaluations of facilities or specific plant sections.
  4. Performing calculations of mass balances.
  5. Creating upgrade strategies in collaboration with the global team.
  6. Assisting with machine start-ups as necessary.
  7. Facilitating customer training sessions.
  8. Establishing a knowledge platform for key paper and board grades.
  9. Engaging frequently with regional and global product managers.
  10. Actively contributing to the synergy between our capital and service divisions.
  11. Formulating action plans, delivering expertise in response to client requirements, and supporting project teams.
  12. Guiding and advising staff in the development and execution of service quality assessment strategies.
  13. Planning, managing, and overseeing budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  14. Providing assistance to staff with administrative or technical challenges.

Qualifications:

  1. A university degree in engineering or paper technology.
  2. A minimum of five years of professional experience in the pulp and paper sector.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of fiber and paper process technology.
  4. A proactive, analytical, and results-oriented approach to work.
  5. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  6. Strong English communication skills.
  7. Willingness to travel across North and South America.
