About the Role

Punjab Accounting Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

We are looking for someone to schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events. You will also be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements and managing calendars.

Communication and Customer Service

You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Data Management and Administration

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions. You will also oversee the preparation of reports and maintain accurate records.

Office Operations and Maintenance

You will be responsible for ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the office is well-organized and equipped.

Technology and Systems

You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, as well as performing data entry tasks.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role

Language

English

Work Hours

35 to 40 hours per week
