Job Description:

beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to ensure the company's adherence to relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing existing policies and procedures, developing new ones, and providing guidance and advice on compliance matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop new policies and procedures to address emerging compliance issues.
  • Provide guidance and advice to the organization on compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the company.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a compliance role.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
