Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Good Landstar Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing tasks, overseeing operational logistics, and tracking and completing work orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee operational logistics, including transportation and warehouse management
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including scheduling assignments and coordinating activities
  • Track and complete work orders, and prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure proper functioning of equipment and maintain work records and logs
  • Organize warehouse and work areas, and dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Follow-up on issues with work orders and keep track of shipments
  • Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate activities of vehicle operators and crews
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
